All our homes are furnished with Ring video cameras at the entrance monitoring 24/7.
Smart Locks are installed on the front door and a new code is generated for each guest and deleted upon the next arrival.
Noise Detection devices are installed inside main area which sends an alert to our local staff if the noise exceeds certain levels. This helps keep the neighbors and community happy.

OUR PROCESS

PRE-QUALIFICATION

First, we need to know if your property is a good fit for our system. Not every property is a fit due to location, size, or condition of the property. We will also check your local city and county regulations to make sure we have all the necessary permissions to operate a short-term rental business with your property.

LEASE SIGNING

We sign a lease to pay you rent every month. Now you get to relax. Every property is different and the terms will differ depending on each property. We are willing to work with you as long as you are willing to work with us.

SET-UP

Set up includes gathering all the necessary permits and furnishings for your property. This also includes setting up your properties page on multiple sites where we attract our high-quality tenants. This can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Don't worry, we take care of all of this!

GO LIVE!

We are officially operating and you get to sit back and collect your full rent payments for the next couple years.

Some clients love us so much they have multiple listing they want us to operate out of. Some even looking at buying another property just so we can immediately take over their lease. We want to be your partners for the long haul. .

Brady, Christy, and Lucy (10 months)

Brady and Christy Salcido are the founders of Five14 Homes. They are new parents to a beautiful 10 month old girl and enjoy living an active lifestyle. Brady and Christy originally started their careers in Chiropractic. Dr. Brady was the Chiropractor and Christy was the Office Manager/Boss Lady. They ran one of the top Chiropractic offices in Thousand Oaks for 8 years before deciding to move on to Five14 full time.

Our name "Five14" is a reference to Matthew 5:14 in the Bible which says "You are a light to the world... let your light shine before others."

We've been blessed in so many ways and now we get the opportunity to provide amazing experiences to great guests and provide exceptional service to homeowners and investors. It's allowed us to create incredible relationships and a business that serves a massive need!"
